Vista del Canon looks absolutely perfect !! until your wife kindly reminds you that you’re getting older and you prefer ‘no stairs’ which is a significant resale issue in Tucson and Vista del Canon has lots of stairs so in frustration , you ask, “what is the very least expensive home for sale in the Catalina Foothills with all the boxes checked including no stairs, great views in a great community” and the answer is, 2102 East Desert Garden Drive in Pima Canyon estates listed for $4.199,000 Pictured below.
